HOW TO WRITE A LINK REQUEST EMAIL
Following is a sample email requesting a link.
Subject: Link to doawebsite.com
Can we please have a link to: http://www.doawebsite.com/
My doawebsite.com provides free step-by-step instructions for creating and
publishing a website. In those instructions I recommend the use of your
Webpage Maker software for website design.

Be sure the grammar and spelling in your email is correct. Don't type in the URL for your website. Use a browser and go to the website page that you want to be linked to, highlight and copy the URL and then paste it into the email to be absolutely sure the link will work correctly! In some cases you may want to request a link to a specific page in your website. Also, do this for any other links you include in the email. If all the information and links in the email are not 100% correct you are not likely to get the link.
